I wouldn't recommend any raw meat though lol.|||my grandma ate raw tuna and she lost a lot of weight|||There are actually loads of raw foods that you can make and prepare for yourself, but it requires the right equiptment which is a struggle if you dont have the cash.
If you go to a healthy organic store sometimes they have a "raw food" section, with unroasted unsalted nuts and seeds.
You can steam your veggies as long as it doesn't go higher then 107 degrees.
The raw food diet is pretty limiting but it works wonders for people. If you live in a city it is easier to get a hold of some good raw foods, I know some places have gone as far as having raw chocolate bars, raw cream, raw crackers.
And raw peanut butter too. I eat almond butter.. lower in calories and pretty damn good.
Just look it up online, Raw food recipes. there are loads of sites and things.
Sushi is good for protein too.
